MHP provided the structural engineering design for the new 34,000 square foot Service Center Office and Warehouse building at the Burbank Water and Power facility. The project consists of a two-story 19,000 square foot office space with an adjacent 15,000 square foot high-bay warehouse. Additional truck high parking canopies and an iconic entry gate and photo-voltaic parking canopies were included in the project. The project holds LEED Platinum status.
