MHP provided the structural scope for the transformation of the hotel’s pool area into the popular Laguna Pool and Del Mar Pool plazas including exterior improvements to the Outer Reef Restaurant. The finished amenities included pool bars, outdoor fireplaces, a children’s splash zone, candlelit evening patio, with a cliff-top ocean view.
