DOWNTOWN DISNEY NAPOLINI RESTAURANT TENANT IMPROVEMENT & EXPANSION

ANAHEIM, California

The project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing two-story restaurant space for the Napolini restaurant. The existing building, approximately 15,000 square foot, includes a roof constructed of tongue and groove board sheathing supported by timber trusses and curved glue-laminated beams, and a floor constructed of structural steel framing with concrete filled metal deck with support provided by conventional shallow spread foundations.

MHP’s structural scope included a 500 square foot kitchen exterior expansion, server exterior expansion, exterior bar covered canopy, new 260 square foot covered glass entry expansion, signage canopy, interior 300 square foot floor infill, and enclosure of second-floor exterior dining space.
