Long Beach City College Building M

Long Beach, CALIFORNIA

The Long Beach City College Building M project is a 3-story multidisciplinary classroom, which is replacing two former buildings on LBCC’s Liberal Arts Campus. The 82,000-square-foot building will house classrooms, study/breakout rooms, office spaces, labs, conference rooms and support spaces for Language Arts, Foreign Language, Computer and Office Studies programs. MHP received DSA structural plan approval for Building M, the first state-funded design-build project on a community college campus, through a virtual back-check process during COVID-19 “Safer at Home” orders.
