Join us in welcoming Rakshitha CV to the MHP team as our newest Design Engineer!
Originally from Bangalore, India, Rakshitha earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Nitte University before moving to the U.S. to pursue her dream of a career in structural engineering. She recently graduated with a master’s in Structural Engineering from California State University, Northridge in May of 2025.
Before joining MHP, Rakshitha interned with AP Structural Engineers LLC, gaining hands-on experience in retrofit design and equipment anchorage for hospitals and commercial buildings.
When she’s not engineering, you’ll find her outdoors—hiking and camping. She also hopes to get back into power lifting.
We’re thrilled to have Rakshitha on board and can’t wait to see all she’ll accomplish!
