MHP is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to join our Long Beach office and lead our accounting operations and financial reporting. This key leadership role ensures GAAP compliance, oversees month-end and year-end close processes, and provides strategic financial insights to support firmwide decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on management experience, and a detail-oriented approach. Experience in the architecture or engineering industry and familiarity with Deltek accounting software are preferred.
This position offers a transition period alongside our current Controller, who will be retiring in early 2026.
