Working with the design team, MHP assisted in the design of a 163,521-square-foot High Image concrete tilt-up on a 9.3-acre site. The one-story warehouse features 20 dock high doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, a 5,000-square-foot office, a 2,500-square-foot mezzanine, a secured yard and grade-level parking with 25 trailer parking stalls.

The project is located in an M-1 Light Industrial Zone and is hooked up to 2,000 AMP – 3 phase power. The rectangular warehouse includes vertical architectural elements along the front and side corners, as well as a wood-sheathed roof supported by open-web steel joists and girders.
