MHP completed structural design of a 490,000-square-foot single-story state-of-the-art industrial facility to meet distribution and manufacturing needs of corporate users.
The rectangular concrete tilt-up sits on a 23.5-acre site and includes 4 grade-level doors, 245 parking spaces and 113 trailer parking stalls. The warehouse features a 32’ minimum clear height and 56’x60’ bay spacing.
The project is strategically located between the I-580, I-5 and I-205 for access to major California and West Coast Markets. The warehouse became available for occupancy Q4 2018.
