The project consists of a one-story addition to the existing CSULA student housing common area building. The addition encloses approximately 3,500-sf and is used by CSULA for student dining and a multi-purpose room, and includes a kitchen and cooking area. The building is constructed on-grade with structural steel and wood framing system. The project included new courtyard improvements and stairs and ramps for accessibility.
