Appropriate for a public utility, the new 34,000 square foot Service Center Office and Warehouse complex at Burbank Water and Power holds LEED Platinum status. The project consists of a two-story 19,000 square foot office building with an adjacent 15,000 square foot high-bay warehouse. Additional truck high parking canopies and an iconic entry gate and photo-voltaic parking canopies were included in the project.
